Worst builder ever! Bought this house very recently and within the first few months found so many issues in the house, thats normal I guess, but when you call them to inquire all you get is rude/unprofessional replies! Especially this person called Joe. Very unprofessional people, will never recommend them to anyone in my life

Cassavia Estate homes are one of the best builder! they made our purchase so smooth. They were so patient with us. They extended the cooling period since I was sick. They helped spread our downpayment. They even gave us some incentives on the house. They were very good to us. This is my 4th purchase thru a builder and they gave us the best experience. Thank you !!
