They did a very good job cleaning the ducts plus they were on-time, friendly, and didn't go over the verbal estimate that I was given during our initial phone conversation.
It's also clear that they aren't satisfied until YOU are satisfied and that, to me , is important.
I would highly recommend them!

I was however surprised to see (later that night) that the estimate was higher than what is noted on their website... not by a huge amount, but higher (our house is 1,900 square feet and change)).WARNING hide your chairs! Unfortunately, Dave informed me that he stood on a chair, albeit in the furnace room, to reach a spot and totaled the base of the chair. I wasn't going to make a big deal out of it (I offered a step stool previously) but later that day another family member wasn't too impressed. It looks like I now have yet another project on my week-end "to do" list.
