The sales team at Canadian Appliance Source made purchasing my microwave incredibly easy and smooth. Unfortunately, there was a mix-up at the warehouse where I was given the wrong model. Mistakes happen, but CAS handled it really well. As soon as I let them know, the after-sales team took responsibility and quickly fixed it. They refunded my installation fee and made sure the correct microwave was ready for pickup the next day.
