Worst appliance experience - STAY AWAY
We ordered a stackable washer and dryer set on a Saturday and paid extra for next day delivery. Our sales rep failed to include a stacking kit in our order so when they came to install the units on Tuesday we had to send them back. We had to fight with CAS to get a new shipment date of Thursday. Your delivery team sent two incredibly unprofessional installers to our house who arrived close to 11pm. Aside from refusing to wear masks, they scratched our hardwood floors in multiple locations. On top of all of this, this morning I go to use the machines for the first time and get an error code on the washer. I called CAS and they gave me ZERO support - told me to call the manufacturer or go online to fill out a form for a replacement.
Service like this should be illegal. I can't understand how the leaders of this organization sleep at night knowing they are running such a horrible company.
