Ordered appliance online. Site indicated that item was in stock and available for delivery. During purchase process, it even provided a number of delivery dates that were available the earliest being two days out. Immediately after purchasing, the item stated to be on backorder with manufacturer and no estimated date was known except for possible by 2021. A call to customer care line goes elsewhere. As soon as they hear it's an online order to are put to a recorded message and given an email address to deal with, which then provides an auto-reply with essentially no information. This company is fraudulent. Go elsewhere and save yourself the aggravation.
