They do not tell you BEFORE you buy that there are ZERO returns, you must pay 25% restocking charge (even though 1 hour after I purchased and told them I couldn't get the item through the door), and you have to fill out an online form for return. Who needs that kind of aggravation? Another customer was arguing because he had to return it in 48 hours unopened in box even though he wasn't moving for 5 days. With so many other stores to choose from, why would you shop here?
