Walked in with a good idea of the dishwasher I wanted but looked for additional insights to confirm my choice. Ajay was polite, direct and knowledgable. His information solidified my choice of a Bosch 500 series. He then checked pricing and came back with a price better than my expectation - and lower than the dozen other retailers I contacted.
Efficient, knowledgable, friendly and cheaper than expected. Doesn't get much better than that!
