I needed to exchange a washer-dryer unit which hadn't been hooked up, let alone ever used, and went through their return request process of sending photos. They refused the exchange saying the unit had been used when clearly it was still in original pristine condition. When I tried to appeal they refused any further communication saying the decision was final. I wasn't even looking for a refund. I wanted to exchange the appliance plus buy several more appliances for our reno. But they've lost my business forever. Guess it's over to a big box or online competitor now. So much for trying to buy Canadian...
