Just stay away, and save yourself the hassle!

If youre in the market for appliances Id really recommend staying away. Bought an in stock fridge, had it delivered. All went fairly smooth, although I had to unpack the $3500 fridge and install the handles etc. which surprised me a little but fair enough maybe I didnt understand what delivery had meant. Was literally just a box drop and wheeled out my old one (paid extra). My second purchase was a Bosch dishwasher in January of 2022. I understand the current state of the world so expect a gnarly lead time on some of these things. I pre-paid in full and ordered a 300 series. Id get the monthly your order is on back order update which was fine until finally late May 2022 I got the exciting your back order is shipping and will be available by May 18th. After multiple phone calls and emails to CAS in Calgary to try to get the delivery and install booked I received a new Backorder notice updating my order to October 2022. After a discussion with their very unhelpful customer service department I was told my unit had been given away and they operated on a first come first serve order even on fully paid pre-orders. Essentially they had sold them all while I was trying to get my delivery and install booked via their third party. Now after 5 months Im back to the drawing board having requested (and will hopefully receive) a full refund for the dishwasher. My recommendation is to stay away unless youre purchasing an in stock product and can take it yourself immediately. You dont want to have to rely on after sales care such as install or delivery with this company. They are not a premium appliance seller but rather a wholesaler. I wish I had known that going in at least I do now!
