Like Leonora, we were very disappointed with the service we received from Cloverhill. We too signed on for the "Gold" package which was to provide extra lawn service and flowerbed maintenance and pruning of shrubs. The only service we received consistently was lawn mowing and blowing debris, all for $237 per month! David never returned a phone call or email; communication was nonexistent. We had to ask for weed application for the lawn; this happened once. Aeration never happened at all. Weeding was sporadic and often due to my reminding the staff. In fact I had to point out the weeds to remove! How frustrating to try and phone for service and never receive a response. Cloverhill's customer service is appalling. My biggest regret is agreeing to pay by credit card - there is no leverage when they continue to withdraw their monthly fee! I have told them not to bother coming by to do fall cleanup - we can't trust they will showup and don't want to wait until it is too cold to do it ourselves. We are very unhappy.
