I am very disappointed with the service I received from Cloverhill, despite a promising start. A friend recommended them highly because of her service from the sister company, which cleans windows, but I have had to let them go because of failure to maintain my garden as per our agreement. The weeding and pruning was extremely rare unless I kept on top of the situation. The crew changed frequently. The Gold package failed to provide extra care for the lawn or plants and when I asked David what was happening in these two areas, he consistently failed to get back to me.
I have taken on another company to do the fall clean up as I became so frustrated in my attempts to communicate with the company and gave them far too many chances. In addition, in the Spring, I had used Cloverhill to re-grout my poolside patio. After assessing the patio, they strongly recommended using a new product which I would have to pay $500 more for than standard grout, but promised it would be far superior. After one summer, it's already disintegrating and coming away from the stone. It is some form of rubber sand. David agreed it was not holding up and suggested re-doing the affected areas in September and seeing how it holds up by Spring. But I've never seen them again and can't get through by phone. In addition, they still have my garden key and a shovel which when we last communicated, they acknowledge is in their office. It's been a very unhappy experience.
