Seasons Change Mechanical

No communication between Reliance and Seasons Change. Rented equipment from Reliance including furnace and a/c. Furnace was installed on improper foundation and union gas tagged it out upon inspection. SC mechanical took more than 60 days to fix issue (still waiting) and required extension from Union gas to fix issue. Horrible company to deal with as well as Reliance.

Hired reliance home comfort for rental heater. They sub to season's change mechanical (SCM) . Was suppose to show between 8 and 5. We called reliance in the am to confirm. They called SCM yes it was a go. At 4:45 we called to see what was up. They said SCM OF BRACEBRIDGE was running late would be at our place by 6. We called at 7. SCM would call in 10 min. At 8 pm Doug from SCM called from 705 687 9252, said he just got the call to come and had no idea he had a call, yet referred to a call at 11 am that he got that was reference to us. Duh, if you are going to deceive get your story straight. You are lazy and wanted to get home for the weekend. You should not be in business if that is how you run your operation. Everyone is welcome to text you at all hours of the night. As we spent the day waiting and cleaning up water from our water heater you were suppose to replace.

Lucas and Dana installed central air unit at our seasonal home in Port Sydney. They completed the work over 2 visits as we had to have electrical cable buried outside the house on an approximately 70' run after a/c unit itself was installed. After cable was buried, they came back same week and made the final connections. They had to work in confined workspace as furnace is horizontally mounted in elevated crawlspace which made a/c hook up a little more complicated. They did awesome job, neat and clean install and were knowledgeable about what was required. Would recommend without hesitation.

Steve and Brent were here within 1 hour of contacting Reliance.
They assessed problem quickly and promptly. We need a new thermostat. They were here first thing 8am the next morning with a new thermostat. They efficiently installed and was working instantly. Best service ever!!!!

My hot water tank had a slow leak. I called the Reliance 1-866 number and the service department was very fast at generating my repair order in the system. I had Luke Archer at my home in 1/2 hour for an expectation. He put my mind at ease and scheduled my appoint the next day at my convenience and time that would work for me. Now that is customer service. The next day Luke and Dana returned to my home to replace the water tank. They were very efficient and considerate and they both work very well together and I was impressed at how they communicated through out the job. We were extremely pleased from the first moment we met the owner (Doug) and the installation team Lucas & Dana. Lucas and Dana were extremely respectful of our home - using drop sheets to protect our carpets for the removal of the old furnace. The team was always thinking how to better the initial proposal to make the installation more efficient and cost beneficial. The work was completed quickly and we would be very pleased to recommend Seasons Change Mechanical to any potential customer.

Have had excellent service by Laura during the quote phase, very patient and accommodating. The Seasons Change service tech's Lucas and Dana were very professional and informative. Had furnace replaced and ac to be replaced when weather better. Hope to have same tech's return for this work.

Dana and Lucas were professional and punctual. Explained what needed to be done and got to work immediately and didn't stop. Would recommend to ANYONE looking for great service and punctuality. By far the best service I have ever received. Thank you to seasons change mechanical.

The entire experience with Laura Meikle, could not have been more pleasurable. She was prompt, professional, informative and took care of everything. The same is true for Lucas and Dana.

The most disrespectful company I have ever had to deal with. This Glen guys that works for this company has no customer appreciation what so ever. Very rude. He also has no communication between home owner and contractor. Doesn't call just shows up and if your not there to bad you miss out.
