He is truly a professional and honest individual. We had 4 furnaces checked ( in homes and commercial properties ), to make sure they met the safety standard and were cleaned.
Mark responded to my call immediately. He was on time. He showed me everything that was problematic (leaks of pipes, carbon monoxide readings that were too high etc.), and explained what needed to be done to fix the issues. He fixed everything in a timely manner, and now I feel that everything is safe, secure and has met safety standards. Come spring, I know who I'm going to call to install our air conditioning units.
