I can only say that Ziad tried his best to get us our house on time. Mother nature and other events conspired against us. However, we do have a home we love.

I also would not recommend Jager. Nothing but trouble over 3 months delayed. Each time we asked to get into house for measurements oops sorry not there today. Again great before you sign after forget it.
Would not build with them again
