All phases of my roofing project were extremely well handled by Adair. Andy, the owner, responded to my query with a comprehensive, competitive proposal. And, they delivered, both a flat roof rebuild and regular gable shingling. Careful, professional execution. They had to complete more extensive roof sheathing repairs than expected but made no attempt to apply extra charges. Adair is one of 2 contractors in Toronto that I rate as a "10".
