Initially, our experience was positive. We received excellent service at the store and were able to negotiate for our furniture. We put the delivery on an indefinite hold as our place wasn't ready yet and we provided them with 6 weeks notice to have the furniture ready for delivery. Three weeks prior to delivery, we call to also order a battery pack. Estimated arrival is 4 weeks and it has now been 6. I've called on a weekend and they've promised to follow-up on Monday only to not call. I called a week and a half after asking my sales associate for answers only for them to promise to figure it out and then not call back. They claim to have great customer service but it is terrible. They do not make an effort to contact customers and the sales associate actually asked us our favourite beer so they could send it with the furniture but alas, another false promise and sales tactic. Only reason, why I did not give 1 star is because the furniture quality is good.
