Don't ever buy from them We bought a set of dinning table for $1699 from them about a month ago, when we bought it, we were told that it is brand new in stock, they would get it in about 4 weeks. But one day before delivery, we got a phone call from the sales that they don't have it in stock, it's discontinued, they have to delivery us the floor model. and claim that the floor model is in perfect condition and they inspect everything, it's all good. So we said, that if it is in good condition, we would take the floor model. The problem is when we got the floor model, it is big scratch right in the middle of the dinning table, so I called the sales person says that we gonna return it, cause we paid for the full price for brand new dining table and get a big defect item. He says he gonna call me back after talking to the manager. He never called, so I called him back says either we return it or we get some money back. He told me that it is final sale and we could only get $50 back for the big scratch So I have to call their general manager about the issue. I can't believe he told us that we only pay for $1700 for the dinning table set, we should expect getting a floor model when we first purchase it. I just realized, when they first have the dinning table for sale, they only have the floor model left, but they keeping telling their customer that they would got brand new one come. And right before delivery date, they would call their customer says there is only floor model left, claim it's perfect condition. After delivery, when the customer find it is defect, they would not return it. Now wonder they never have floor model on sale.....This way they could sell every floor model with the original price........What a smart business????? What is a scam!!!!!!!!! I insist that I want to return the defect item that I paid for $1700, the manager told me that I would return you the item, but you have to pay for restocking fee and delivery charge about $600 The customer service is bad can not communicate with them I am not the first time buying furniture, I chose this dinning set just because I like the style and for the price. Now I can't believe that they tell us you only get what you paid for.............$1699 is not cheap I still have the original invoice that says it is brand new... The manager and sales person just keeping talking and won't listen, they don't know how to communicate I hope I could read the review earlier, so I won't buy from them.
Too bad they already got their money, I would never get my money back
