Affordable Insulation & Renovation, Inc Oakville

We were looking for someone to address the wide temperature variance in the rooms of our house but was unsure which company to trust to get the job done right for the right price. We turned to Homestars and approached a handful of highly rated companies. Jason and Co. is the one and only that acted professionally from the phone call first made till the last minute of when the job was complete. The quotation and job order was clearly written. When the day came for blowing the insulation, Syd and Rod took the time to fully inspect the attic. As suspected by Jason, our pot lights were not insulated to code by the builder. They would not blow the insulation without insulating them properly with Cool Blue vapour barriers. These are extra charges but the hours and material to insulate them were billed at cost as promised. Rod really the took the time to do everything right and was not rushing even though the job ran very late to the evening. This includes cleaning up afterwards. Overall it was a great experience and we are totally satisfied with the work. At the end, they've really solved our temperature problem and we are getting the benefits of money spent in our comfort and bills.

Wow!!! Amazing job. Very professional. From the first contact with Jason through the completion of the project, the experience was great. The price quoted, after the initial consult, was the final price (no attempt to price gouge on the day of work). They took the time to explain all steps and made a real effort to be as non-invasive as possible. It's obvious that they care more about ensuring the satisfaction of the customer than just making a buck. And, the quality of the work is top notch. This is how a business should be operated. This is the only insulation company I will ever use!

Affordable Insulation recently upgraded our insulation and I can notice a dramatic difference already this summer; our A/C has not come on as often and it is keeping our upstairs cooler. They were professional, and there were no hidden costs. I was recommended to them by my parents who also had their attic insulation upgraded and were very pleased with the job done as well.

From the salesperson to the installers and the owner, Affordable Insulation is a very pleasant company to work with. They explained the work they would be doing and the benefits it would render in detail, and they delivered on all my expectations. They use environmentally friendly materials, and they cleaned up meticulously after the job. In my case they even went beyond the normal call of duty and inspected a noisy bathroom exhaust fan from the attic. In addition,they are the rare contractor who calls a couple weeks after the work is completed to check on the customer's satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this company.

We had our attic insulated in the summer of 2011. Jason was extremely informative and straight forward. The work was performed on time and done to perfection. Our real issues were cold temperatures upstairs in the winter and hot temperatures in the summer. Both issues have been corrected. We have since referred three customers to Jason. This is a great company to do business with. we are extremely satisfied.
