The Sales rep was very fast in making the sale and delivery, however the windows frost up and then ice melts down my walls. Reported the problem, they changed the window and still no difference. Advised this is common in our cold weather. I think it is because it was installed when it was too cold out and snowing therefore moisture got inside.
The windows themselves are very nice to look at and makes the house look newer. My concern is over time it is going to create mold and we are going to be no farther ahead after paying so much. We also paid around 8000 the year before on the main floor same company and only one window freezes on that floor.
Today it is warmer outside and there is no frost on the window therefore no picture attached.

MomaJan, It sounds like a potential humidity issue in the home. No matter how good a window is, with high humidity in the home and cold temperatures outside, you can experience condensation issues. Improving air flow in the home, turning down your humidifier, raising blinds during the day, making sure your dryer is vented properly, keeping exhaust fans on during showers are all tips that can improve teh hunidity level in yoru home. If teh problem persists please contact our service department and they will book a humidity test in your home and try to assist.
