Ross the sales representative came to my premises and did the measurements and helped me pick out a vinyl floor to match the paint on the walls in the basement room. Ross is very friendly, helpful and takes an interest. Very personable and professional. The installation was excellent and the floor looks outstanding and I would not hesitate to call Floor Masters in London, Ontario again and would highly recommend them.
