I want to commend Kevin Bhandal and Keith and his installation crew for a fantastic job on my recent hardwood floor and carpet install. I had a lot of questions about handling pet damage and Kevin patiently answered all my e-mails and told me exactly what to do to prepare for the hardwood install. His crew were always on time, courteous and respectful of my property. They worked quickly and professionally to get the job done on schedule. Kevin came by several times to check personally on the progress and to make sure we were happy. This is the second time I have hired Flooring Diva (they carpeted my entire basement when I had it finished a couple years ago) and I have been extremely happy with the exceptional service.
