All of our neighbours needed to replace our rooftops around the same time. We shared research of different companies, and though our neighbours went with someone else based referrals from trusted sources and had happy outcomes, we waited a bit longer and went with Boston Roofing. It is a family-run business and they take pride in the products they offer, their workmanship, and their carefully selected crew - many of whom also have decades of experience.

Even though Boston Roofing knew we would be elsewhere on vacation, they showed up to our house on time and were incredibly detailed in the installation. They worked around obstacles like our leafguard system to complete the install in 2-3 days. Instead of rushing the job, they took extra care to replace our vents, ensure proper full coverage of underlayment materials, and to cut each sheet of shingles with precision and accuracy - ensuring eligibility for our CertainTeed 50 year roof system warranty. They even capped some wooden features of our exterior with matching aluminum, eliminating maintenance for us down the road. These details aren't from me - they're from my neighbours, who watched carefully, asked questions, and geniuinely appreciated the crew's attention to detail, friendliness, and clean-up. Towards the end, one neighbour even went out and got the crew coffees b/c of the rapport that the crew had had built up with the neighbour over the course of the installation.

This company is neither the cheapest nor the fastest. I do believe they are the absolute best, that they will work in your best interest to resolve hiccups that come up, that you won't regret the investment, and that these factors make them worth the cost and the wait (approx. one month for us). My roof looks imaculate and I have reasonable expectation that their work will hold up. We would not hesitate to use Boston Roofing again.
