Caymen replaced 7 windows. Delivery time was ahead of schedule. Sam & Jason the installers were effecient , & professional, although it took a little longer to install due to unforeseen circumstances they did a great job. They put down drop cloths, vaccumed and removed all traces of the old windows to complete the job. Absolutely love the looks of the vinyl trim but the best part, it pops off when you want to paint the room so no tapping of the trim required, what an ingenious idea, only downside 2 of the vinyl trims had some minor marring. Still the idea is genius.

Such a crappy service! Supposed to be 8 weeks from start to finish. Yet 12 weeks later and I'm having to call and follow up and nobody has the decency to call me back. I called at 8 weeks, again at 10 weeks and again at 11 weeks. Each time asking for a call back to keep me informed of the process... I'm still waiting. So close to cancelling my order and going elsewhere.

After having several quotes from the spectrum of companies we finally chose Cayman. Glad we did! From the installation, to the quality to the after-care... Thoroughly satisfied. We even had a complaint on a couple of the windows exterior color (not quality) and there was no hesitation....they came and replaced them.

We had Cayman Windows install a bay window in our guest bedroom. They were wonderful to work with and we are very, very happy with the Window. They did great job and will work with them again.

The quality of their work, their product and their crew were by far more than we expected! Pricing and timelines were are met and we are so happy with the outcome! They kept our home clean and I would recommend them to anyone looking for new windows and doors! We get so many compliments on our new windows - Thank you Cayman!

Cayman staff were professional from the very beginning in their showroom until the job was finished. The installers did a great job and were courteous and polite throughout the installation.
I also had a follow up visit a few weeks after completion to make sure we were completely satisfied with our new windows, which we are.
I would highly recommend Cayman windows.

When tilting window to clean, snapped a plastic foot of window. When I called, not expecting much, a repairman arrived (within 2 days) and at appointed time and fixed within 30 min--as well as suggestion to prevent a re-occurrence. Mightily Impressed!
