Cayman Windows And Doors

I had all my windows replaced in my home over the past few years. Cayman Windows was recommended to me by a close freind who had some windows replaced many years before and the quality and workmanship was outstanding. When I called Cayman they were very competitive, professional and fitted me with georgeous windows that are easy to clean and saving me huge dollars in energy bills. I highly recommend these guys and would use them again for future projects.

This is the second time my family has used Cayman Windows. What a pleasure to deal with these people, Mike was great to deal with and prices were great. The product looks and works great, the California Shutters are very nice as well, and fit perfectly. Do yourself a favour and look these guys up, I've recommended them to lots of people, they are all happy as well.

we have a door and a screen door. The door is too short.they put in a sill plate that wasn't required for run off. The door has a large window in it. because of the shortness of the door it looks odd. All of this caused a tripping hazard. My husband has mobility problems and is at risk for injury. The screen door rattles at the bottom. I want a new door with no tripping hazard. Complete waste of money. Now we have a new tripping hazard in our home and we're can do nothing about it. We decided to go with a local company to help the small business but that was wrong. The only response I got was "that's the way they make them. I assumed they make the doors but they only make the windows. It took a long time to save the money for this project, waste of time and money. They sent an installer to correct the problem. He could only lower the sill a half an inch. There is a cold draft coming from under the door. The company owner said that is normal. If I want to stop the draft (not completely) then they will send someone to put the sill back up. The sweep on the door can't be lowered. The door is too short. I've decided to leave the door the way it is and hope nobody gets hurt. A half an inch lowered is better than nothing. Very unhappy.

Had a new front entrance door and storm door installed in November of 2015. Have had on going problems with storm door not closing properly from the start. First visit to fix was told it was a windy day and that it was working fine. Second visit thank god it was not a windy day they came and spent 2.5 hours that I had to take time off work and when they left they had the door closing properly but now when the storm door closed there was a quarter inch gap, pictures sent to Scott Little at Caymen who is one of the owners who told us the pictures do not show anything, they finally came out a third time and repaired the gap they created in trying to fix the door closing. Now the latch on the storm door is broken knob stuck inside the door, have emailed Mr. Little twice, two phone messages and NO response. All I want is the door hardware replaced which was probably causing the problem to begin with and they will not respond to any calls or emails. We used this company for all our windows and patio door replacements and never had a problem thank god because there after sales service is terrible. All I want is my storm door fixed that has never worked properly from the installation in November of 2015. It is now May 2016. Very poor customer service. Please do not use this company because if you have any issues after they install their product good luck getting it dealt with.

installed my windows In the rain. Horrified as water collected on the glass panes and fell in between the walls for a significant time period, while they worked in their truck. Why couldnt they protect my property with tarps. Not impressed, Cayman Windows! If your gonna install during inclement weather, come prepared to protect my home and not cause water damage to my home. Hope the sopping wet wood dries during summer months and that there is no mould growth

Have called many times for my patio door to fix the wheels on the tracts because I keep 'getting fillings from the friction. This leaves a mess in the tracts, they told me that the manufacturer went out of business but I was told they have a lifetime warranty . It is not my problem that the manufacturer went out of business I did not buy
it from the manufacturer l bought it from Cayman Windows.
And to top it off I had to put my own trim back up because the installer did not want to make another trip back the next day to finish it.
