We were very happy with the service we received from BlueLine.

We moved from a large two-bedroom apartment where the challenge was a single, tiny elevator that could not be booked for the move. The crew finished loading the truck more quickly than we ever would have imagined possible given this constraint, and the unloading was also fast and smooth. The crew handled the added challenges of young children and cats equally well. Their communication during the move was clear, and all of the members of the crew were friendly and helpful despite the heatwave. Finally, the number of hours came in under the estimate, which was already significantly lower than the other quotes we received.

Based on our experience, we have no hesitation in recommending BlueLine.

We hired this company for our move after interviewing a few other companies. The crew arrived on time and with all appropriate equipment. They were courteous, polite, efficient and hard working. The move went without incident. There was one bedside table that was damaged and within 3 days they delivered a replacement piece. We are very impressed with this company and would not hesitate to recommend them to our friends and acquaintances. The only reason I did not rate 10 out of 10 is because hey did go over the quoted amount but that was due to difficult access in our multi story townhouse.

Blueline helped us move cities from Toronto to Kitchener on January 14th 2013, and we are so very happy and impressed with the service provided.

Matt and his team were fantastic, efficient and totally professional, making a pretty stressful situation a joy :) Not only were they punctual but they were early and had the truck loaded within 2 1/2 hours, amazing! We were in our new home by 3:30pm and had absolutely no issues at all with the handling of our property.

I contracted BlueLine Moving & Storage for my recent move and was very satisfied with the service they provided. The moving crew was very courteous and helpful and made our moving experience a pleasant one. Just one thing though make sure you get your quote and any promises made in writing to avoid any issues later.

This was the worst move of my life. The estimate bore no resemblance to the final cost, which was twice as much. The packers worked efficiently enough, but ran out of paper towards the end of the day; they could not get more because the office had closed and the next day was Sunday, so I had to provide them with towels, facecloths, etc., to complete their job. My clothes were packed in over-used, collapsing cardboard wardrobes. Towards the end, material was simply dumped in boxes, resulting in some breakage (discovered later) and damage from a bottle of bleach. After this, the pickup was sufficiently well-managed, but the delivery was a disaster. The box labels (kitchen, bedroom, etc.) were ignored half the time, and tables were stacked on top of each other, tabletop to tabletop, resulting in scratches from grit. I was told that the broken-down wardrobes had to be emptied immediately or I would be charged for the price of NEW wardrobes. There was an additional charge, beyond the extra time required, because my new apartment was at the end of a long hall. Phone calls after the move were usually not picked up, and my messages requesting a call-back were ignored. When the phone was answered, I was told that the person who could help me was out but would call back. This never happened. There are some positive reviews of this company on the site, but my experience was completely in keeping with the very bad experiences in the most negative reviews.

Do not use this company for moving or storage. They broke one of my heirloom pieces while it was in storage, didn't notify me, repaired it and then told me I had to pay for it. I refused to pay for it and do not know if I'll ever get my item back. Bob, the owner was very rude and aggressive on the phone and never apologized for any of his company's errors. I also received different pricing estimates from every member of their team that I spoke to and verbal discounts were not honoured when the billing time came. I can not emphasize how dissatisfied I am with this company.

Do NOT use these movers. They broke my antique furniture and the owner is terrible. They quoted me one price over the phone then demanded a higher price once they arrived late. Obviously too late for me to try and find a different mover. They came recommended by a co-worker but from my experience I found this company to be less then respectful or honest about pricing and about breakage.

I have used Blueline Moving & Storage twice and have been extremely pleased both times. Chris S., John C., and Kris are highly professional, organized, careful and hardworking. Chris S. in particular was very helpful in getting some difficult pieces of furniture into my new home and is great at planning the best and most efficient way to do something. My family members were amazed as well as we watched them work. I would definitely recommend Blueline Moving and Storage to anyone with a little or big move. They wrap all your furniture, put pads on the floors and stairs to protect them and do a great job - what more can you ask?
