Possibly one of the most unpleasant and frustrating experiences I have ever had, due solely to the rude and unprofessional attitude of the owner Bob. On the first leg on the move, there was no inventory taken of my things as they were being loaded onto the truck. When I called the office to inquire, Bob told me that inventory was done at the off load point ant that he would email it to me. This made no sense to me. How does the customer know exactly what's being stored and returned to them if the inventory is not done in front of them? Bob also refused to honour the discount and cash deal that I had made with one of his managers when I signed on. To add insult to injury, I was then charged a 3% credit card fee when I had a pocket full of cash with which to pay. I was also never emailed a copy of the inventory. When I called to arrange the delivery, I then asked again about the inventory and was told that it had never been done. On the second leg of the move, several valuable pieces were missing. The lead mover called into the office to see if they were in another storage unit and was then told by Bob to collect the balance of the bill minus a couple hundred dollars that they would be back to collect when they found my items. I declined to pay until all of my missing pieces were returned. 2 days later after having heard nothing from Blueline, I contacted the office and was rudely told by Bob that it was a busy time and all movers were out on other jobs and when someone became available they would then look for my missing pieces. What about finishing my job? 1 week later, the remainder of my things were delivered.
