Waste to go had a great price, they delivered on time, they removed on time and they were helpful in deciding which bin to use.
However, the bin was to be put on my patio. Apparently, my patio stones were laid over dirt, so when the bin was removed, my stones cracked into a million pieces. I know nothing about how much weight patio stones can take so I expect the contractor to tell me these things. I noticed that they didn't use any wood or protection that most dumpster companies use when they drop off a bin, so it was not surprising that they cracked. I needed to completely renovate my patio, which cost me thousands of dollars. I called Waste to Go and they denied any responsibility. After some conversation, they agreed to pay $70 for the damage. I accepted, but never received the refund. I called 3 or 4 times with no response. The customer service I experienced after the fact was appalling.
