End Of The Roll

This company ripped us off, we paid a deposit for new carpeting on our stairs and hallway. They gave us a quote in writing, then after we gave them our deposit they called us and increased our quote by over 30%. We tried to talk with them and explain our disbelief over this increase but they were very condescending and rude, looking for a fight rather than to resolve the matter and show some form of customer service. They said we were the ones with that were mistaken (even though we had a quote from them in writing and they were in fact the ones who were going back on their word and increased the price) and we're non willing to resolve the matter in a civil way. I just can't believe they are still in business because clearly this is their MO. give a low quote to get the deposit then increase it and deny, deny, deny until the customer either gives in and pays up or walks away without their deposit. UNBELIEVABLE.

Just finished our basement and needed carpet to complete the job. Had a bad experience with different local company for the rest of our house. Store employee, Omar, was extremely personable and helpful in getting our order in. Zachary, the installer, was wonderful. We had them fix some mistakes the different company made and the results were perfect- no more bubbles in the linoleum! Excellent install, excellent carpet. We wish we could have hired them to do our whole house!

Went to end of the roll looking for laminate flooring for our place. The salesman Colton was very informed about the products and helpful in finding one that suits our needs. He was quite helpful for choosing carpet for our home as well. If you get him to help, i definetly recommend it.

We had searched several places for an area rug but they all seemed the same. Went to end of the roll by chance and there it was the perfedt area rug.

Product selection was okay...ordered carpet, had it installed, unfortunately the seam did not hold within 4 months. Had to fight with store manager to get new carpet installed (selected carpet no longer available) so had to choose costlier carpet. New carpet does not match decor and requires more work which is not covered by the Carpet Store.

we had a great salesperson show us the type of carpet that would be best for our home and even reccommended that we buy the type wiith the underlay attached to save money. he told us the basics for how to install it ourselves and it was a great experience. the prices were unbelievable compared to other stores we looked at and we will definitely be going back when we need to get these replaced
