After a shower Sunday night, came out to a pool of water in the basement bathroom. After some testing, I was able to determine that the main drain had a partial blockage.
Called Butler after reading reviews on my local Facebook group Monday morning. They were able to pull someone off a job to help me out and clear and inspect my line to the city sewer line.
I was very impressed with the flexibility, affordability, and professionalism of the technician that visited my house. Butler is definitely my go to going forward with plumbing issues.
