Most importantly, he clearly pointed out the importance and priority of each issues so i can focus on the key issues in my subsequent negotiation with the seller on remedies of key items. Yuri's inspection report is very impressive, with details of each items and photos where necessary. The photos really helps me to remember the items reviewed during the inspection and i can deal with the minor issues effectively after closing. I would highly recommend Yuri!
