As soon as he started I felt extremely confident with him. He was very thorough throughout the entire process. He explained everything he was doing in detail so I could understand. He is extremely knowledgeable and detailed. During the stress of buying a new home I was worried about the home inspection, but with Yuri conducting this inspection I felt less stressed because I knew this inspection was going to be done correctly. When I received Yuri's inspection report, it was very easy and simple to read and understand. It was a very important for me to understand what was found and that is what Yuri provided to me. He also followed up with me the next day to make sure everything was okay and wanted to know if I had any questions or concerns which I really respected. I will continue to refer Home Inspections 4U.
