-Yuri is a good and honest guy
-very good at what he does.
-very detailed and great at explanation and wanting to help
-help spotted basement leaks. therefore I asked the sellers to fix it for us.
-on time.
-report was very detailed with great reference photos. Also gave recomendations on how to solve problems in the report.
-also got a free home manual
-would use again.
