Tile Town

Waited until my very prolonged DIY was completed before posting this review. The incredible staff here was so incredibly helpful in the selection and the installation advice for every step of my big project. This was my first time tackling this size of project - Judi, Mark and Alvin stepped in at key points, encouraging me and providing me with the confidence to complete the Kerdi, tiling and grouting with professional results. They were attentive in listening to my vision and guided me (never forced their views) to make the right decision for me.
I could not have completed this transformation without their help!

Everyone I dealt with was very knowledgeable. They were also patient and helpful as I was having trouble making up my mind. The prices are very good for the in stock inventory and the staff is are also good at finding and pricing special order tile. If they don't have what you want in stock they can almost always order it for you.

Jen, in Surrey, was very helpful. She listened to us and provided examples and good advice. Jen made shopping at Tile Town a great experience. We would highly recommend Jen and TileTown.

Tile Town Argyll offers an incredible selection of Quality wall tile and was easy to select , for my own home renovation project. The showroom also offers a Unique and Fresh Visual dispaly, for any project either wall or floor that you may have a desire to achieve with the help of their friendly staff. My Designer Tristen, she is a very knowledgable, friendly and professional sales associate and is Simply Amazing !

For years I have shopped at Tile Town because of their superior customer service and pricing. The staff has full knowledge of all products, and have gone out of their way for me to make sure I got everything I needed to get my projects done. I always recommend shopping here, as they have never let me down!

We are in the midst of completing our long and overdue basement renovation. The person working on tile was coming in the morning and we needed a great looking in stock and affordable tile that would seemlessly match our selected theme - we needed something ASAP that would work, something that I could take home with me immediately!

I sent Brad some pictures by text and he was able to help me...he took the time and that was greatly appreciated!

I then visited Tile Town on the south side and met Adam. He too was very helpful, knowledgeable and supportive.

I then met Brad who has 40 years of experience in the business. He took his time to work with me. He pays close attention to detail and that is very important to us! We are very happy and would recommend working with them!

I've used these guys for years on various projects. They are very helpful picking out the proper tile and style asked for.
They helped me on one of my very first projects explaining exactly what kind of tools and methods I should be using/doing.

I have been to at least a dozen different tile stores before I happened upon Tile Town. The service was phenomenal! They were respectful of my budget and eager to find something that was my style and in budget (under actually!) They gave great opinions on matching colours and styles and really knew their stuff. They loaded up my car for me and took great care to not damage the product and my vehicle. The customer care follow up was also fantastic and should I ever need tile in the future, this is the very first and only place I will go!

I walked in expecting the seeming child at the counter offer to offer me nothing but a bad attitude, boy was i wrong. This kid (regrettably i forgot his name) knew everything there is to know about tile, and was super helpful and knowledgeable to boot!! 5 stars across the board give this kid a raise!!! Workers at tile town are very professional. Helped with all my tile needs. I brought in the dimensions and a picture of the area I needed tiled and they helped us determine what tiles would be good for the area and gave us options to choose from. Made sure we were comfortable with all the choices along the way. I will be back to tile town for my next job.
