Dan's Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning Edmonton

I hired Dan's, as I have a high pile cream carpet, which had not been cleaned for 3 years and was looking very grubby where it was walked on.
He picked it up on time and delivered it on time. he had to clean it twice and advised me not to have it done again as the pile was not in good shape and to maybe buy a new one. I was very satisfied with the results, but have placed it in the dinning room instead of the living room. The origianal quote was $240, but he only charged me $200. I would definatly hire Dan's again.

Dan was very quick in his response to a request for a quote by e-mail and his quote was very close to the actual cost after measuring and completing the job. Dan was very prompt and respectful in our home. He even moved the couch, love-seat and table back in place. He discussed the age of the carpet and break-down areas. Very knowledgeable and efficient. I hired Dan based on reviews and was so happy I did. My carpet had lots of stains from the previous owner. I tired to get them out and could not. I was thinking of replacing the carpets. I am so happy I decided to call Dan first before doing this. He was able to get the stains out and the carpet looks great! He also cleaned my upholstery and it looks great too! He is respectful, takes the time to answer questions and does a very thorough job.

I spilled something on my wool carpet and chose to call Dan's business after looking at online reviews in Edmonton. He wasn't available for several weeks (over Christmas) but he spent 10 minutes on the phone listening to the problem and giving detailed advice on what I could do immediately to prevent a stain. He was willing to give free advice even if it meant I didn't need to hire him. The tips helped a lot and he did come later to do the whole carpet. Again he offered lots of explanation about what could be expected and then did the work thoroughly and neatly. Very pleased with the results. Thank you Dan
