Terrible experience with Rynard, NEVER again - uprofessional.
We had Rynard coming to fix continuous squeaking of the dryer. Initially all went well, although we were baffled as to how 15 minutes can cost $427. This was on October 27th. WE were asked to pay via electronic transfer. On his way out, Rynard said he is in rush and that he would send an invoice by the end of the day. To this day we have yet to receive the invoice - yes, we called, texted, emailed to no avail. Instead, Rynard was rood and ignorant of the fact that this is a standard professional practice.
It is now January 31st and the dryer started squeaking AGAIN. This is very upsetting to me being ignored and deceived. Knowing that he is not responding to our inquiries, I have no other option but to solve this issue through legal action.
