All Season Firewood

We purchased firewood from this company, and received far less than we paid for. They refused to give us more wood when we called them on it. They charge 220 for a cord but you will be lucky if you get close to 100 cubic feet. They shorted us 125 cubic feet, which is almost a cord.

We paid All Season Firewood, in Goodwood, for 3 cords of firewood. They delivered just under 2 cords. After complaining they brought us a bit more wood. We are still short 78 cubic feet of firewood. Their ad in the yellow pages states that they are "The Home of the Good Cord". A cord of wood is 128 cubic feet, but All Season Firewood seems to think a cord is only 100 cubic feet. When we complained further about the shortage, they would often say it would be delivered the next day, but never showed up.
