The Carpet Palace

The Carpet Palace gave us good advice to change our carpet. The carpet was delivered at the expected date and the crew who did the installation was friendly, efficient and left a clean site. Everybody was very professional. We would highly recommend The Carpet Palace and we would use them again.

What a great experience. They are knowledgeable and not at all pushy. Very helpful. The job started and finished in said timeline. What also impressed me is that within half an hour of the carpet being installed I received a phone call making sure I was satisfied!

We are super happy with our new stair carpet runner and custom area rug. We also have 3 other area carpets from here as well and they are perfect. George was amazing to deal with and turn around time from order to install was quick.

We received exceptional service from Bill (and George) for our hardwood flooring and stair renovation. Both the hardwood flooring team and the stair installer, David, we’re professional, paid attention to detail and cleaned up every day. The 1600 sq. ft. of flooring was done quickly and efficiently. David did an incredible job of colour matching the stain for the stairs and making sure we were pleased every step of the way. We are so thrilled with the end result of this renovation which exceeded our expectations. We would not hesitate to recommend any of these professionals.

This was our second time using The Carpet Palace to install the stairs runner in our new home. I knew exactly what we were looking for and George was great to deal with over the phone to provide quotation and arrange the installation of custom rug in just two weeks. The installers arrived on time and completed the installation of two set of stairs work in just few hours. They were very professional and friendly and made the whole process easier for us. Spoke with George about a small install. He treated us like we were carpeting a hotel, not two small bedrooms! He came out to the house on time and was respectful and pleasant. The installers were polite, professional and left the area cleaner than when they arrived….they even took the time as they were leaving to answer some toddler questions.
