I would recommend to any and all customers to be very certain of your intention to purchase from this company.
Be aware that you can not cancel your purchase or get a refund for a deposit made regardless of the reason. It could be that Sunray just doesn't want to deliver on that day, They don't have what you ordered, or better yet they will deliver but short you on items listed on your invoice - all the while insisting on full payment before they unload anything at your home. They attempted or promised delivery6 of my spa 3 times - I still don't have it. The original delivery date was Aug.5, 2015. They showed up demanding the balance of payment by bank draft although they were missing the cover lifter. - I refused delivery.
2nd time - Graham promised delivery mid October. The night before I received a voicemail - Sunray could not deliver as they had removed pumps from my unit to give to another customer.
Spoke with Brad - Owner/Manager - He would look into all events and get back to me - He never did
Decided to give Sunray 1 more opportunity - was told by Graham that we had to pay total amount by bank draft as they had credited my MasterCard - It appears that was not the case.
If I had believed him I would have paid almost double. Be very aware when dealing with this company - they are very tricky!!
