Bought well over $100,000 worth of stone from Crystal. We decided use something different for our master bathroom. When we went to return the stone we did not want to use, they hit us with a 30% restocking fee. When we went to negotiate this excessive fee, they offered us 20% and behind my back, told my fabricator to charge us 25% and keep 5% for themselves. ALL IN A CREDIT NOTE ONLY.Nice try REUBEN. THANK GOODNESS THAT MY FABRICATOR IS NOT SLEEZY LIKE YOU WERE TO US!! As a builder and someone who has sent A LOT of business their way, I didn't expect to be treated this way. I heard I am not alone.

Facts: stone you are referring to was purchased and stored for nearly one year. We do charge a 25% restocking Fee. In your case we offered a reduced rate of 20%.
However YOU decided to honor your purchase. And NO restocking Fees were applied and YOU DID NOT GET PENALIZED.
