We understand that you had some confusion regarding delivery. The installation was booked for three (3) days, which fits the estimated lead time 6-8 weeks.
Your Bay windows were NOT missing or forgotten. They were scheduled to be delivered the next day of installation with the carrier on a larger truck. During the installation, when the concern was raised about the angle of the Bay window, the installation supervisor was contacted and arrived at the job site. It was decided to take the Bay window back to the shop, and make a new one. The next morning, the NEW Bay window was delivered to the site and installed. The installation of all 47 windows and a Patio Door is successfully completed.

it's "Nancy" from Becker Windows & Doors factory direct head office Customer service manager.
I have no record of service call request regarding window warranty as I do not even have your name, address, contact information that I am able to confirm if you even bought windows through us.
Our windows are CSA tested & certified and Energy Star compliant and come with "Lifetime warranty".
You are mentioning "calking", it is subject to annual maintenance to be done by the home owner. It may need to be re-applied as per "Ontario Building Code" and is part of normal wear and tear. For example; when you car wiper blades or tires wear out, you do not call to the car builder or to the lawyer.
Having said so, we at "Becker" provide service above and beyond. If you can provide me all the information needed, I can look in to it.

It was not hard to determine what the root of the concern was. Becker Windows & Doors always stands behind our Lifetime Warranty, care about our customers and try to help even if the issue is not directly tied to the windows installation that took place 6 years ago as was in your case. We re-sealed one set of your exterior existing old shutters although it was done previously by someone else.
