We had windows installed about 5 years ago. They were installed “Brick to Brick” with all new extensions and new moulding. 5 years and they still look gorgeous! A week ago, I found out that in one of our front bedrooms, the screen had been ripped a little bit. I found out later that our beautiful cat “Romper” did this!
I placed a phone call to “Becker” customer service to find out what could be done and ordered a new screen. I found out that the rep that we dealt with 5 years ago has retired and they took my information and said they would be in touch. Two days after, a new screen was delivered at no extra charge by their installation supervisor “Alex”.
What service! I wish more companies would be that service oriented in todays world.
I will always refer “Becker Windows” to anybody who asks.
