We purchased our furnace from carleton refrigeration 2011. Each year we have had it cleaned and inspected. The technicians have always been on time, very polite and quickly did the tune up. We have had no issues and feel the comfort of knowing we have their backing. I have referred them to other people and will continue to do so.

The cost of this repair was covered by our 10 year service agreement. We have been very pleased with the work performed by Carleton R, H, and A/C.
They upgraded our old furnace and hot water heater a few years ago. The technician is prompt, polite and professional. He answers our questions so we know what work is being performed. When asked, we recommend the Carleton team!

Control board got damaged, so the fan wouldn’t run in a heatwave. Service tech came out, diagnosed, made a workaround, ordered parts for repair. Friendly, knowledgeable, patient, reasonable, highly recommended!
