The cost of this repair was covered by our 10 year service agreement. We have been very pleased with the work performed by Carleton R, H, and A/C. They upgraded our old furnace and hot water heater a few years ago. The technician is prompt, polite and professional. He answers our questions so we know what work is being performed. When asked, we recommend the Carleton team!
