Travis showed up on time with his partner, they listened to the issue I was having and went to work right away. They were very respectful of my home; they always put booties on before walking through my home, they vacuumed the carpet around the work area when they were done and then returned everything to its rightful place. They offered some helpful tips and made sure my dryer was connected properly and that it ran without issue before leaving. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing this service.

Quote clearly stated what was included and a full and compehensive description of materials was provided. Work was completed in a competent, professional manner, by knowledgeable, careful and helpful technicians, in the promised time-frame and with the minimum disruption.

We needed our furnace replaced and a new air conditioner. The quote was quickly given, the installation date was set up and they were there! On time, on the day they had arranged. The workers were friendly, knowledgeable and humourous. They answered a lot of dumb questions from me, put in vents that weren't there before with a smile and I swear the house was cleaner when they left than when they got there. We have dealt with this company for the last 20 years and are very satisfied with their service and work. We have purchased two furnaces and had them do maintenance on them during that period. When we bought our last furnace we were seen by Carleton Refrigeration and another company. Carleton provided a better furnace at a lower price and the unit was installed long before the other company could install it. That kind of service matters in the winter!

Carleton installed a new furnace and air conditioning unit in the midst of a renovation in my home. We were living through the construction, a heat wave -- and the old unit died.
The team at Carleton were professional, fast and explained all of the options to me before the work began. The new thermostat included a remote unit and the ability to schedule the temperature of the home based on when we are home and when we're not.
After installation Roger walked me through the programming and how best to use the new technology.
Roger helped with rebates and financing as well. In short, they made sure I had nothing to worry about once they arrived.

We signed a quote with our sales rep at Carleton Refrigeration to remove our old oil furnace, oil tank, and install a new propane furnace. Our rep kept in contact with us to monitor our oil usage while we used our remaining fuel oil. On the install date the crew was on time, used runners on the carpets, barely made any noise, and left no mess. Their work was neat, the quote was to the penny and we are satisfied. I would recommend them without hesitation.
