We needed our furnace replaced and a new air conditioner. The quote was quickly given, the installation date was set up and they were there! On time, on the day they had arranged. The workers were friendly, knowledgeable and humourous. They answered a lot of dumb questions from me, put in vents that weren't there before with a smile and I swear the house was cleaner when they left than when they got there. Having known Roger from hockey, we knew he was honourable, honest and would stand behind his business credo.
