We are very pleased with our new York two stage Furnace. Brad was very helpful during the consultation process answering questions to assist us with the selection of the furnace. Phone calls and e-mails were promptly returned. The installers arrived on time and worked diligently the entire day, on the day of installation, Oct. 8/14. We also had the ducts cleaned later the same month. The service for both jobs was totally awesome and we are very pleased.

Have used Carleton Refrigeration to repair our air conditioner one summer and to fix our furnace one night in the middle of a very cold spell. They were called after hours and were on site within two hours to replaced the furnace fan motor and get heat back in the house.

I had a York high efficiency gas furnace and air conditioner installed by Carleton Refrigeration and am very pleased. The guys who did the installation were very professional, hardworking and pleasant. They were eager to please and there was no mess left. The furnace is working really well. I have had previous work done by Carleton Refrigeration in the past so they were first on my list to receive an estimate for a furnace & HRV replacement in my home. Brad promptly visited the site and was very helpful in providing information for my needs. Their service was chosen due to a competitive price, reputation and past experience. The installation techs were prompt, efficient and respectful of the interior of my home. I certainly would not hesitate in recommending their services to friends and family.

Carleton Refrigeration serviced my fireplace 2 years ago and did a good job then, so called them back this year Again a good job this time, showed up on time, clean. Have used them for other work on oil furnace, AC. Professional.

We bought a century home with old radiators which scarcely worked the first winter. Matthew came and checked the furnace and then bled every radiator in the house, even fixing one that had rusted shut. Now everything is working and the house is warm and comfortable! Matthew was fast, thorough, and neat. Price was reasonable. Good to know someone in our area can service old heating systems like ours.

About four years ago, Carleton Refrigeration installed a Water Furnace ground source closed loop heat pump in our home and have maintained it since. The system has performed flawlessly with annual total energy savings of approximately $1000 compared to our previous system and the annual service has always been done to a completely satisfactory standard.

Joel arrived during the scheduled time slot, checked and serviced both our furnace and fireplace. He left no evidence he was there which is great as we have two dogs. He also spent the time some time answering questions I had which is the same if you have to call the office. Carleton Refrigeration always has great customer service.

Corey took a great deal of care explaining a complex installation. Ron did a really nice job of grading our lot afterwards - we ended up with a much better back yard than we started with. A+

While the above service was performed, there were 2 issues that were not addressed - still waiting to hear back, a week later and despite a promise for a prompt reply:
1. furnace switch was turned off and left there when the tech left - a mistake?
2. furnace (3+ years old) efficiency found to be 88% and is well below advertised value of 95% - why? Would like to know what the company plans to do as it is covered by the 10 year warranty
