We have dealt with Carleton Refrigeration over the last ten years or so, and have always been completely satisfied. From the kind and courteous front line staff answering calls, to the qualified technicians who are sent to inspect our furnace and air conditioning, these people are the best we have dealt with for this type of service. Quality assurance seems to be very important to this company, and this is reflected in the workmanship and competency of all the staff. We have recommended Carleton Refrigeration to a friend last winter who purchased a new furnace. She was very satisfied as well.

Had to call after hours as our furnace stopped working. Quick response and the technician explained everything. Got the furnace working for the night and came back the next day with the proper part to fix it permanently. Highly recommend them.

When it was time to replace my furnace, AC and hot water heater Carleton had consistently good reviews on Homestars and Google, so I gave them a try. The reputation is well deserved. Chris was a salesman I could talk to; the installers were professional, thorough, and tidy, and the back office folks gave value added service too -- Lindsey completed both my warranty paperwork and rebate application, saving me considerable hassle. Installation was problem free and the operation of the new equipment was explained well. They also sold me a 10 year labour warranty (on top of the 10 year manufacturer's warranty) at a very competitive price, giving peace of mind. If you are in the market for home comfort, you would do well to give them a try.

Annual maintenance on fireplace, furnace and tankless water heater. All done quickly and efficiently and services technician, Adam, kept me appraised of progress and status of equipment. Very please with company and company representative.

We have been very impressed by both the customer relations and the technical expertise offered by Carleton Refrigeration over the past 5 years.
Today we were visited by a relatively new (to the company) Service Technician, Adam, who set even higher service standards.
He demonstrated absolutely first-rate technical as well as interpersonal skills. Adam fully explained what procedures he was following and why.
He also made thoughtful recommendations. We would highly recommend Adam to both his employers and other potential clients.

They arrived on time and were very friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable. They answered all our questions as new home owners.

The only complaint is that I had to ask them to clean up after themselves.

I also didn't receive my before and after pictures.

Otherwise they are very good!

Exceptional team of people who provided awesome products & amazing service from start to finish! Brad came in to do the quote and actually measured to get the square footage of the home to ensure the right product was recommended for our home. Not one other company did this - and we got multiple quotes. Impressive. The communication between the office and myself was awesome. Always quick to respond to questions or concerns! Follow up was done the day before installation with arrival time and assurance that we were on schedule. A small army of guys showed up on installation day in their marked vans. The first thing they did was put down a drop cloth and introduce themselves as they entered the home. They were all extremely professional and polite. They provided updates as the installation progressed and when finished went over everything to ensure we were comfortable with the new equipment. These guys did excellent work on removing my electric furnace and installing my gas furnace. Not only did they take the time to show me everything they did, I had the inspection done on the installation afterwards by my propane suppliers and he was extremely impressed with the quality of workmanship these individuals provided. So thanks to Kyle, Ben, Jordie and Morgan for all their great work and effort!

I had used Carleton RH&AC in the past for a gas water heater installation, and was very pleased. So, I used them again for inspection and maintenance of my gas furnace. The technician was punctual, courteous, and efficient. He helpfully explained everything clearly. I would recommend this service.
