“We had CRH&AC do an inspection for a town/condo purchase, it was extremely worthwhile and my husband and I really felt very good once the inspection was completed. Our Service Rep. told the seller’s realtor what needed to be repaired on the furnace and the fireplace. We will have you back to do a duct cleaning and ensure that items that were to be fixed were fixed. We will be purchasing a maintenance plan as well. Thank you!!”
