This is an email response to superior service we had with your salesperson, Gavin Stone.

His excellence in providing great service and information and timely process was very impressive.

Considering we had the July long weekend in the middle, our family was very happy to have our furnace/AC installed within 8 days.

Gavin is one of those young people who work hard! Sometimes these days, those young people are hard to find.

My husband and I were very pleased with his knowledge of everything we asked, his accommodation of timelines and finally his genuineness in his approach.

Our old furnace gave up on us on a weekend, in the middle of a very cold weather spell. We contacted Reliance Superior Heating & Air Conditioning on Sunday morning and we had a representative visit with us later that day. We had the pleasure of working with Gerry. From the beginning, we were impressed with his professionalism, transparency, knowledge and willingness to interrupt his weekend to serve our needs. He did a thorough assessment of our property and needs, provided recommendations and was very patient in explaining the different payment and equipment/technology options they had available for us. We had the installation scheduled for the next morning. The installation crew was also very competent and considerate. From start to finish reliance superior did an excellent job. The sales person Gavin was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We felt no pressure with our decision to move forward with the installation of our new furnace. The installation process was done professionally and in the time stated it would take. We greatly appreciated when Gavin followed up after the install to make sure we were happy with the finished product. In all, reliance did a great job and we are very happy with how things turned out.

We had our entire furnace and HRV system done by Reliance Superior for a renovation of our house, which was over 100 years old and needed a great deal of upgrading.

Everyone from Reliance Superior that we worked with (sales adviser site manager, delivery crew, ductwork technician, gas technician, and their contract electricians) was very friendly, experienced, skilled, and prompt on their work. Compared to options that we were offered by other heating companies, the grade of furnace unit offered by Superior was higher, but the price was more reasonable.

All in all, our experience with Reliance Superior has been great, and we'll be happy to go back to them for annual checkups and other things that we may need for the house down the road.

Just a short note to thank you (and your company) for the great service we have experienced. From the time (just before Christmas) when our old furnace started making strange noises, we figured there was only one company to go with...the same one that had been giving great service for the past twenty years. My expectations were exceeded!!

The people who handled our first emergency call (on a Sunday morning!) were very friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful. The tech who came out was promptly on time, figured out the problem in no time, and did a great job of giving us advice and all our options.

Meeting with you was a pleasure. It seemed that you genuinely had our best interests at heart, and we are very happy with the deal you put together! I know that if we have any trouble in the future, you will be very quick to find a resolution!

Finally, the crew that came to install the new furnace did a great job. Very friendly, had the heat back on in no time, explained everything and made sure we understood how to work everything, including that new-fangled thermostat! Once they were done, the place was spotless!

The only issue we are having is that the house seems to be too dry now. As per our discussion on the phone the other day, we will soon make arrangements to have a humidifier installed, and get the ducts cleaned.

20 years of experience with Superior has shown us that we have been dealing with a company based on customer service. From our point of view, it’s nice to see that the attitude is still the same!! We would (and have) highly recommend you guys to anybody!!

We had a furnace installed by Reliance Superior heating and to describe our experience one word "perfect". Gavin was our salesman; we found him quite friendly and polite. The noise of the new furnace is a whisper relative to the old furnace. It heats the home nicely. We are very happy overall. Thanks Reliance Superior.

One of my renal properties had a no heat emergency. Reliance Superior was quick to respond to the emergency situation. My salesman Gavin arrived promptly to my property and rented me the furnace. I was impressed with the knowledge and information Gavin gave me and he way he helped me to pick the right product for the home. Reliance Superior supplied my tenant with heaters until they could arrive the following day to do the install, I would recommend Reliance Superior to anyone.

I would like to pass on this letter of thanks to the people at Reliance Superior Heating and Air Conditioning. When my parents decided to upgrade their furnace, I was happy I chose this company for the sales and installation, apart from all of the other local competitors.

Right from the start the helpful and friendly service we received from Gerry the salesman made for a positive first impression; and a pleasant sales experience, I also might add. His knowledge and experience made the selection process easier. Always keeping their needs and limited budget in mind, he was still able to provide a quality name brand furnance to complete the installation.

My parents are well over their 80's and with the scheduled time of the installation being winter, both were serious concerns, regarding how they would fare or even be able to stay warm and be comfortable during this installation. As promised, the job took 4 to 5 hours with the house only losing 3 degrees Celsius.
Not bad at all, in my opinion.

Additionally, myself having a mechanical background, I was thoroughly satisfied with the quality of the workmanship, especially the neatness of the sheet metal work and the way they tied in the new to the old duct work.

After drilling the holes through the cement wall for the inlet and exhaust lines, I truly appreciated the thorough manner of the cleanup the installers performed, including the removal of the old furnace and corresponding debris. That was one less headache for me and my parents to look after.

They also took the time to explain the function, easy maintenance and operation of the new furnace. Despite their age, both my parents are still very sharp, although not up to date on the new technology available, so I appreciated the extra time it took for the technicians to answer all their questions. They also made sure that my parents were comfortable and confident in using and regulating their new furnace, before departing. Additionally, a contact number was left, if more issues arose.

Its been operating trouble free since the installation and probably will continue that way for many years to come.

My many thanks and hats off to you and the folks at Superior Heating and A/C for a job well done throughout the whole installation process. I will not hesitate to recommend your company and its services to any friend, person or family member. Take care.
