Omega Iron And Railings

Updated: Unfortunately I need to lower my recommendation. There were a couple of deficiencies (epoxy in the railing post holes had cracked and rust had collected on a couple of rust points), and I had tried to have them come out to fix it for over 2 years, calling them over 40 times at least, talking to them on many of those occasions and several times even setting up times when I'd expect them to come on the following Saturday, only for them to never show up and not even provide any explanation of why that was. I had offered to even provide extra cash to try to incentivize the visit, and would have even had them do additional work if we were able to come out and do measurements (which they were aware of). When contacting the office a couple of times also, I had been initially told that Angelo would get in contact with me, but towards the end the responses were rather rude as if I was asking for much too much attention or being unreasonable. Though the work was great, and I can accept there are deficiencies with any job, I cannot recommend them due to the lack of professionalism which is unfortunate.

Omega had done a great exterior railing and metal deck at my brother's place so we contacted them about some custom railings we wanted to replicate from other Houzz designs we'd seen. They showed us pictures of very similar work they had done which made us feel at ease, and they came over to measure everything and discuss many of the small details. We're still in pre-construction for many aspects so many of the railings haven't been made yet (we're not ready for them), but the interior railings have been finished and the quality is truly top notch. We've already receiving many compliments, and my contractor father-in-law is very impressed with their quality as compared to others in the business that he's dealt with.

We can't wait to have the front porch, back porch, side railing and entire back-property railing done by Omega given how well they've done this first railing. Wonderful work - thanks!
